About the role
As a Commercial Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a diverse commercial portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring assets are managed strategically, compliantly and profitably.

What you'll be doing
1. Oversee the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio, including lease administration, tenant relations, and financial reporting
2. Proactively identify and implement strategies to maximise the performance and value of each property
3. Manage and coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant
4. Preparing budgets, reports and asset strategies for clients
5. Liaise with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service
6. Work closely with our sales and leasing team to maximise outcomes for clients
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience in commercial property management, ideally in the retail, office or industrial sectors
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
3. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Proficient in using property management software and the Google Suite.
5. Current QLD Real Estate Registration, drivers licence and reliable transport
6. Demonstrated understanding of commercial lease agreements, property legislation, and compliance requirements
