An exciting opportunity has become available for an
**IT Property Operations Administrator **to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting all IT systems across the group. Excellent communication and a high calibre of troubleshooting skills are essential.
This position will be based from our Gold Coast Office in Surfers Paradise.

- The role does required after hours support work and interstate travel.
**Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Accor Hotel Apartment and Leases are responsible for the operation and management of 112 Hotels and Resorts across Australia and New Zealand.
- Applicants must have a good understanding of the following enterprise systems: SCCM Software Updates Management for Windows Update; System Configuration: SCCM for hardware imaging and software deployment; Using Active Directory and Group Policy Management; Automated Monitoring using Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM); Managing Hotel Backups & Recovery, Networking and Security principles surrounding Firewalls/Anti-virus, vLAN and switching.
- When travelling the Property Operations administrators will be required to coordinate and perform new server installations, server upgrades, server decommissions and server maintenance. Update all Property documentation relating to Hotel systems and provide feedback were required.
- The successful applicants will possess sound project management skills to deliver projects on time, within budget and to Accor standards. You will be required to communicates effectively with all stakeholders to fault resolution or project conclusion.
