We’re on the lookout for a creative, driven **Content Creator & Social Media Manager** to jump on board. If you’re passionate about storytelling, filming, editing, and bringing brands to life online — this could be the perfect fit.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Content Planning**: Come up with ideas and plan content that suits each client’s brand and goals
- **Social Media Management**: Run and grow Instagram and TikTok accounts — posting, engaging with communities, keeping up with trends, and sticking to a content calendar
- **Filming & Production**: Script, shoot, and direct short-form content like Reels and TikToks. Most shoots will be based around Melbourne
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and help bring it to life
- **Campaign Rollout**: Help launch campaigns that are not just pretty — but perform well too
**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ year of experience in social media and content creation
- A creative eye and strong understanding of what grabs attention online
- Confident with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and staying ahead of trends
- Able to film quality content with a camera or phone — clean and sharp
- Comfortable directing and working with people on set
- Passionate about social media, storytelling, and making things people want to watch
- **Bonus**: You’ve got your own creative content or socials to show off your work

Pay: $23.23 - $33.23 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
