About the Role
This role will involve working with a diverse portfolio of complex/sensitive/high risk Commercial Property claims. You will be responsible for managing these claims from start to finish, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. As a referral point for claims officers, you will provide advice and approvals above authority when necessary. Additionally, you will review and settle problematic cases, setting reserves and authorising where appropriate.
