1. Plan and Organise Daily Operations:

* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and update seasonal menus, wine pairings, and tasting experiences.
* Ensure efficient allocation of staff and resources to maintain service excellence.
2. Guest Experience Management:
* Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service, ensuring a memorable and personalised dining experience for every guest.
* Greet VIPs and regular guests with attention to detail and discretion.
* Proactively resolve guest concerns and feedback in a professional and discreet manner.
3. Financial and Business Management:
* Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to meet revenue and profitability goals.
* Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control without compromising quality.
* Analyse sales trends and recommend strategies to optimise performance and service.
4. Staff Leadership and Development:
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals, including front-of-house staff, sommeliers, and hosts.
* Conduct performance evaluations, implement training programs, and ensure a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Foster a respectful, refined, and collaborative team environment.
5. Compliance and Safety:
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Monitor proper food handling, cleanliness, and service etiquette.
* Maintain all necessary licensing, certifications, and records as per legal requirements.
6. Brand and Reputation Management:
* Uphold the restaurant's brand, values, and reputation as a premier dining destination.
* Coordinate exclusive events and seasonal promotions.
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, patrons, and industry partners.
Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma level qualification in Management and/or Hospitality, or 3 years work experience may be considered in lieu.
* Minimum 1 year work experience in a similar role.
