Engineering Manager, Queensland Industrial

What You'll Do
* Advise clients on complex brownfield oil & gas and industrial engineering projects from concept to delivery
* Lead multidisciplinary teams across EPC project phases including FEED, detailed design, construction, and commissioning to solve technical challenges
* Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions
* Manage stakeholder interfaces including clients, contractors, and consortium partners to deliver successful project outcomes
* Drive safety in design, technical assurance, and engineering governance across all project stages
* Deliver high-quality engineering solutions, including shutdowns, plant expansions, and operational integration activities
* Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
* Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance
What You'll Bring
* Relevant engineering qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, including Bachelor-level qualifications
* Proven experience across oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, and metals industries
* Extensive brownfield project experience including shutdowns, tie-ins, and plant integration
* Proven leadership experience managing large multidisciplinary engineering teams and EPC delivery
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across clients and delivery partners
* Chartered and registered engineer credentials (e.g., RPEQ, CPEng)
* A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
* Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
* The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
