What you'll do:
* Build SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions that transform clients' time management functions and solve their leave and time management issues.
* Run workshops, design, set-up, and test prototype and production time management solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly.
* Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, coordinate with offshore teams, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Time Management offerings powered by SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors.
* Pitch in on sales efforts when needed.
* Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise.
What we're looking for:
* You have an Associate certification in SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
* Understanding of leading practice for time management processes and EAs/Modern Awards.
* Understanding of basic concepts of EC and ECP.
* Minimum of two end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations, including hands-on. design and configuration within all the following areas:
* Time Off including leave recording, workflow and leave accrual and integration with Timesheet.
* Time (duration based and clock-in/clock out) and Allowance recording including cross midnight time and overtime, workflow, time valuations including public holiday calculations, cost object allocation.
* working time accounts, TOIL, Flextime, input validations, fatigue and rest rules.
* Reporting and mobile features for time off and timesheet.
* Planned working time, Timesheet and Absence replication.
* Inbound or outbound Interfaces design and testing from biometric punch clocks, other Time Management solutions or to S/4 HANA etc.
Advantageous but not essential:
* You understand how Consolidated Time Recording with SAP S/4HANA works.
* You know time management functionalities for other countries like APAC including NZ, US, China etc.
* You have certification and experience in EC.
* You understand SF to other SAP family product integrations like S/4 HANA and other time management solutions like UKG Workforce Central, Workforce Software etc.
