Mobilize is seeking Project Manager to join one of the leading specialists in high-risk, height-access, and complex asset remediation. This role will oversee the planning and delivery of access and maintenance projects across Australia. It involves managing people, projects, safety, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, scope, quote, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
* Manage onsite teams, labour planning, and resources across multiple projects
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations
* Maintain high standards of WHS, environmental compliance, and quality across all works
* Complete and oversee project documentation including SWMS, permits, variations, and claims
* Provide rope access work and Level 3 supervision when required
* Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory or management role
* Strong background in industrial access or remediation projects
* Proven project management and client liaison experience
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
* Hands‑on leader with a professional, team‑focused approach
