People Data & Operations Manager | 12 Mth FTC | $200K Pkg

Responsibilities

* Optimise HR systems and people data across a global workforce. Manage Oracle platform upgrades, resolve issues, and drive process improvements, including migrating recruitment modules from spreadsheets to systemised solutions.
* Collaborate with shared services teams in Sydney and a global team to deliver a seamless and consistent user experience.
* Oversee and enhance a suite of Power BI dashboards; support regular reporting cycles, enable self-service, and produce ad-hoc analysis to guide decision-making.
* Play a key role during remuneration and payroll periods, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
* Document processes, embed new tools, and contribute to Workday design workshops to shape the organisation's longer-term HR technology transformation.


Qualifications

* Strong HR background with significant experience managing Oracle or similar enterprise HR systems.
* Skilled in system administration, upgrades and problem-solving; ability to keep platforms running smoothly in complex environments.
* Solid grounding in data and analytics with the ability to draw clear, actionable insights; Power BI experience is highly regarded.
* Confident engaging senior stakeholders and communicating insights to influence outcomes.
* Experience managing transformation projects and BAU support; collaborative with strong stakeholder relationships; able to stay calm and effective during high-pressure periods such as remuneration cycles.
