Role Tasks and Responsibilities: Summary The Cisco Business Unit Sales Administrator duties are aligned to the Cisco and Pure Storage goals. This role provides operational excellence to partners, internal and vendor stakeholders. Ordering Assistance - Support linking sales orders and magic keys - Order validation - Liaise with internal and vendor teams to resolve discrepancies with orders Customer Service - Work with internal and vendor stake holders to respond to enquiries via various internal mailboxes Appendix A: Position Description - Partner management of Cisco Support Contracts issued from Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) - Management and upload of Meraki agreements into internal systems - Liaise with vendor respond to any ad-hoc request services contracts - Responsible for management and uploading of ETAs received from the vendor Sales Support - Ensure that all transacting partners are registered and certified in the various Cisco programs - Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information within our CRM system - Validates transactions for program and incentive eligibility - Create, update, track, and close vendor Deal Registrations - Raises vendor cases and supports escalations Reporting Support - Validates and complies reporting that meets vendor reporting requirements - Analysis and review of internal reports - Supports business unit with ad hoc reporting and data entry, where required Other - Follow policies, procedures and reasonable instructions at all times - Support claim and reconciliation process - Assist finance with any price or claims enquiries - DSV - Daily POS - Daily INV - Weekly Open Orders - Inventory reporting updates, hold orders etc. Skills and Competencies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with sales administration and back-office operations - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Exposure to regularly used systems is preferred (Cisco, CCW, Pronto) - General business knowledge and skills preferable - Comfortable working with repetitive, process-driven tasks - Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently - Confident using internal systems and spreadsheets - Intermediate MS Office Application Note: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on all hired candidates.
