Description As our Storeperson, you will play a key role in receiving, organising, and delivering goods across the hotel, while ensuring accurate stock control and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. About the Role As our Storeperson, you will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of all goods across the hotel, maintaining impeccable inventory control standards and compliance with safety and hygiene procedures. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods for quantity and quality. Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular stocktakes. Ensure proper storage conditions, cleanliness, and organisation within the storerooms. Adhere to Marriott International’s procurement and HACCP compliance standards. Conduct monthly stocktaking and cost reconciliations as required by the Finance department. About You Working rights in Australia Prior experience in a storeperson or inventory control role, preferably in hospitality or luxury retail. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Physically fit to handle manual handling tasks. Proficient in basic computer systems (inventory, ordering platforms). Flexible with rostered hours including early mornings. A team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
