The Role
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager able to facilitate change, can delegate and develop initiatives for this close growing team. Responsible for managing, directing and providing hands on assistance to the busy reception and clinic as a whole.

Responsibilities
Managing the front reception desk
Drive productivity and efficiency within the clinic
Planning and monitoring staff rosters, overtime and leave
Liaising with doctors to facilitate practice environment
Managing the complaints process
Induction and training of new staff
Managing staff, performance and recruitment
Risk assessments and identified hazards to implement corrective action
Actively support marketing efforts
Reporting and forecasting
Lead customer service excellence within the team
Background/Qualifications
Experience in Practice Management or similar
At least 2 years working within the medical environment
Formal qualifications in health administration or Practice Management
Strong customer service and communication skills
The ability to motivate and lead a strong team
HR Accreditation highly desireable
Business mindset to drive growth and innovation
Exceptional time management skills
Experience with practice management software highly desirable
Proficient in IT software systems
Solid understanding of health and safety policies and procedures
Experience with Medicare, private billings and debt collection
