About the Role
WorkPac are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Health & Hygiene Administrator to support reporting, data management, and administrative functions within the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team. This is a FIFO position on a 4:3 roster, offering a consistent schedule and excellent lifestyle balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Compile and distribute daily and weekly reports on injury/illness, hazards, and actions
* Manage the health recording database and dashboard in collaboration with site health specialists
* Track and follow up on medicals and health surveillance
* Assist with preparation of health and safety meeting agendas and content
* Provide general admin support – onboarding, purchase orders, meeting organisation, minutes
* Coordinate calibration of health and hygiene equipment
* Enter and manage health/hygiene data using the CORITY database
* Support managers with Health & Safety Performance Metrics
Skills and Experience Required
* Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail and data analysis capabilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required)
* Experience with CORITY, HSE systems, and Power BI highly valued
* Familiarity with health and/or hygiene data
* Experience in general administration and reporting
* Must pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
