Area Principal Job Summary
The Area Principal will provide strategic leadership to the regional schools in Western Australia, overseeing their daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education. This role requires a strong understanding of the Catholic educational system and its values, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership and oversight of the relevant schools
- Hold delegated responsibility from the Regional Director in areas such as Safeguarding, Learning, Pedagogy, Risk, Compliance, and HR
- Lead in areas such as Flexi Practice, Formation, Identity, Finance, and Land and Infrastructure
Requirements:
- Proven senior leadership experience with strong organisational, administrative, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to diagnose problems, foresee potential issues, and devise appropriate responses
- Ability to lead, work in, and collaborate across teams with integrity and humility
Qualifications:
- Appropriate qualifications (such as in Education Leadership) and relevant professional experience
