Assistant Store Manager



Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of the store's leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the business.



* Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

* Motivate and train your team members to achieve their full potential, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

* Work closely with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes that benefit the business.

* Prior experience as a retail leader or manager in a similar environment is essential.

* Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, manage budgets, and optimize operational efficiency is required.


Benefits:


The successful candidate can expect competitive remuneration ($104, 52 ’• $191, 58), 45-hour contract per week amongst other benefits including comprehensive training program from day one.
