A fantastic opportunity has just become available at Absolute Health, a Physiotherapy and Chiropractic practice in the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. The position will involve taking over a full case load from a current physiotherapist who is moving interstate.
Position Summary
The successful applicant will manage a full-time patient load across two clinics on the Sunshine Coast. Responsibilities include developing their own patient base, maintaining high standards of care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
* Take over an existing full-time patient load.
* Develop and maintain a personal patient base and reputation.
* Provide musculoskeletal assessment and treatment for a broad range of conditions, including private, EPC, workcover, NDIS and DVA cases.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to co‑manage patients.
* Receive up‑skilling in basic level vestibular training if desired (not required).
Qualifications
* Musculoskeletal physiotherapist comfortable managing an independent case load.
* Preferred: a few years of experience; recent graduates who are motivated and willing to learn fast are welcome.
* Basic vestibular training is not required, but the role offers up‑skilling.
Employment Basis
* Full‑time onsite position; immediate start possible.
* Remuneration: contractor (facility fee contract) or salary plus bonus, with potential earnings of A$90,000–A$140,000 on a generous commission basis.
* Mentorship and training from three experienced master's degree physiotherapists.
About the Practice
Absolute Health operates two locations – Mooloolaba and Nambour – and employs four physiotherapists, three chiropractors, and an exercise physiologist. Practitioners enjoy extensive marketing support and a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
