You'll be responsible for menu innovation, team development, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes influenced by Mediterranean and Latin cuisines
 * Design and implement seasonal, creative menus that cater to a diverse clientele
 * Uphold rigorous standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
 * Manage kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, and cost control
 * Develop and execute staff training programs to ensure consistency, growth, and excellence across the team

 * Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
 * Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
 * Ability to perform under pressure and manage a fast-paced kitchen
