Overall Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a Procurement / Spend Management Consultant with Coupa experience who enjoys variety and working closely with customers. This role provides exposure across Coupa implementations and post-go-live application care, with the primary focus aligned to your strengths, experience, and current engagement needs. We have a role based in Melbourne and another role based in Brisbane.
You will work directly with customers to deliver outcomes, build trusted relationships, and continuously improve how their Coupa solutions support their business.
Responsibilities
The role will include the ability to support Management and Senior staff in a range of engagements.
Consulting & Delivery
* Participate in Coupa implementation and enhancement engagements, supporting solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
* Analyse customer requirements and provide practical recommendations aligned to project objectives and best practices.
* Support workshops, training sessions, and solution playback with customer stakeholders.
* Prepare clear documentation, including configuration notes, user guides, and progress updates.
* Collaborate with senior consultants and project leads across the consulting lifecycle.
Application Care & Customer Support
* Act as a key customer contact for post-go-live support and application care engagements.
* Manage and resolve customer support tickets, including investigation, prioritisation, and escalation where required.
* Document issue resolution and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
* Support customers in optimising their use of Coupa over time, identifying opportunities for additional value.
* Assist customers through change management as processes and system usage evolve.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
* Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders at varying levels of the organisation.
* Communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
* Identify potential risks and issues early and contribute to mitigation planning.
* Support pre-sales and solutioning activities as required, in collaboration with senior team members.
Experience & Skills
Essential
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a consulting, implementation, or application support role.
* Hands-on experience with Coupa (implementation and/or support experience preferred).
* Understanding of procurement, spend management, or supply chain processes.
* Experience working in customer-facing roles, managing multiple priorities.
* Candidates must have Australian work rights.
Desirable
* Experience with related platforms such as SAP Ariba or SAP.
* Exposure to logistics or broader supply chain environments.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
* Coupa or other relevant system certifications.
Qualifications/Certificates
* Appropriate tertiary qualifications or experience in Information Technology or related field.
* Accreditation in either Coupa, SAP, SAP Ariba, BlueYonder - preferable
