About the role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence as Rox transitions into development and production.
You will lead commercial operations, oversee strategic contract management, and maintain governance across supply and administration functions.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise, combining hands-on execution with strategic oversight to enhance systems, streamline processes, and position the business for its next phase of growth.
What you'll do
Lead commercial and contract management, including negotiation, compliance, and performance reviews.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support project execution.
Develop and implement commercial strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency.
Manage supply chain and site administration functions, ensuring robust systems and inventory control.
Provide governance and compliance support across contracts, procurement, and financial reporting.
About You
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Proven experience in contract management and project financial controls.
Excellent negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills with proven success in start-up projects.
