Job Opportunity:
The role of a Sales and Product Support Representative is pivotal in driving the sale, service, and aftermarket product support of drilling consumables within a designated customer base.
* Collaborate closely with Rock Tools Sales Managers and Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Work with Product Support Managers on product quality, selection, supply, and delivery issues.
* Provide regular business analysis and market activity reports.
* Liaise with Sandvik drilling product specialists and drill masters on product development plans, product training, application, and fault diagnosis.
* Review financial performance and control expenses.
* Offer drilling solutions and product technical support to customers.
To succeed in this role, you will require extensive experience in surface and/or underground mining and previous sales experience within the industry. A high energy level, enthusiasm for the products, and self-motivation are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary, as well as the ability to listen to customers' requirements and offer experienced solutions.
