Facilities and Property Officer
This is an ongoing full-time position based in Warrnambool.
Job Responsibilities
* Day-to-Day Facility Services Coordination: Coordinate the day-to-day facility services across corporate sites, ensuring timely responses to reactive maintenance queries and scheduled maintenance activities.
* Essential Safety Measures (ESM) Compliance: Support the coordination of ESM compliance across corporate facilities.
* Property Administration: Assist with the administration of property and tenancy agreements.
* Contractor Performance Monitoring: Monitor contractor performance, support budgets, and help deliver projects.
* Workplace Strategy: Contribute to the delivery of our workplace strategy by supporting improvements such as refurbishments and relocations.
We are looking for someone with experience in facilities or property coordination, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines, a collaborative team-orientated mindset, great communication skills, and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
