We have an opportunity in our administration leadership team for a
Clerical in Charge/Admin Manager
to join our team based in Ballina. This could be a step for a senior healthcare administration professional looking to advance, or an experienced Clerical In Charge / Head Receptionist / Medical Secretary seeking a new challenge. The role is offered on a permanent full-time basis. Our clinic hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities include:
Recruiting, onboarding, mentoring and developing the clerical team
Day-to-day practice management ensuring efficient workflows of 6–8 team members
Billing and account management, including Medicare resubmissions
Active leadership by participating in Clinical meetings and partnering with peer leaders across our network of clinics
The successful candidate will have:
Previous administration experience in a medical/healthcare environment
Working knowledge of RIS and Patient Archiving Communication systems
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Empathy
Practical approach and can-do attitude
