Project Manager
Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee end-to-end construction and infrastructure projects in the Townsville region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project delivery from pre-design to post-construction phases.
* Manage relationships with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Ensure projects meet agreed scope, time, cost, cash flow, and quality targets.
* Lead project teams and engage in negotiations with clients, contractors, and local authorities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing complex projects in the government or public infrastructure sector.
* Strong contract coordination and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to lead teams and coordinate across departments.
