We are seeking a proactive and organised Team Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support within a global Financial Services business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for part-time hours in an evolving, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
Coordinating diaries, meetings, bookings, and calendars
Managing expenses, invoices, and Amex reconciliation
Preparing and formatting Power Point presentations and weekly reporting
Providing general support to visitors and assisting with phones when required
Maintaining office space and ensuring supplies, cleanliness, and hygiene
Partnering with other local office assistants to provide seamless support
Assisting with internal events and team activities
What we’re looking for
Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
Highly organised with robust attention to detail
Positive, energetic, and team-focused with a “can do” attitude
Comfortable working in a youthful, dynamic, and collaborative environment
Flexible and proactive, able to balance multiple priorities
The details
Part-time: 3 days per week (Monday – Wednesday, flexible)
Hours: 8.30am–5.00pm (8.00am–4.30pm also possible)
This is initially a temporary position with a view to go permanent in the next 12 months approx
