Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Manager. This role can be part-time (30 hours a week) or full-time for the right candidate. Based out of the north-west Sydney office.

Responsibilities

- Overall finance and admin duties, including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting and reporting
- Manage financials across BAS, payroll, compliance and business transactions
- Provide financial insights and strategic advice to Exec Management
- Manage and maintain finance admin systems and reporting
- This role is supported by an Accounts Officer

Skills & Experience Required

- Finance administration management in Australia, preferably in the healthcare/ medical device sector
- Excellent attention to detail, highly skilled in finance admin, reporting, compliance and delivering improvements
- Be a positive and team-oriented team member. Provide strong leadership to the Accounts Officer and cross-functional teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused individual
- Able to get to the north-west Sydney office daily
