Are you an organised, detail-driven admin superstar with experience in real estate sales support?
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a high-performing real estate team based on the Gold Coast.
This is an opportunity to step into a polished, systemised environment where your efficiency, professionalism, and communication skills will be genuinely valued. You'll work closely with a dynamic sales team, providing end-to-end administration support to ensure every listing, contract, and campaign runs smoothly.
General Responsibilities
* Supporting a team of real estate agents and their team members
* Agent and property marketing - coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives
* Preparing Form 6's, listing, marketing budgets and contracts
* Manage the listing process
* CRM VaultRe Database knowledge
* This role is not limited to the tasks above
What You'll Need
* Previous experience in a
real estate sales administration
or similar support role
* Strong computer skills and confidence with CRMs and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to manage deadlines and support multiple agents at once
* A proactive, "can-do" attitude and team-focused mindset
* QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
