**The role**
We are seeking an Engagement Marketing Officer to work with the Engagement Marketing Manager to support a variety of event management activities, as well as execute engagement marketing initiatives which encourage meaningful, life-long and mutually enriching relationships.
The Engagement Marketing Officer is primarily responsible for facilitating events and activities and providing information and direction in order to connect Old Michaelians and past parents and staff with the School and enhance their engagement with the School.

- have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
- have tertiary qualifications or post graduate qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications or allied fields
- have previous experience in event management
- have demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships and deliver excellent client service with both internal and external stakeholders
- display a high level of emotional intelligence
- possess high level written and verbal communication skills
- demonstrate highly developed computer skill and literacy, with advanced skills in MS Office
- have intermediate Adobe Creative Suite experience (InDesign and Photoshop)
- be willing to be involved in all aspects of the School's programs
- hold a current Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
- Must have a current National Police Check or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
This is a full time, ongoing position commencing immediately.
