* Be committed to completing a three‐year apprenticeship
* Be punctual and reliable, with flexibility for early morning starts and occasional evening shifts for events
* Thrive in a fast‐paced environment
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and work well within a team
Highly regarded
* Previous experience as a cook or kitchen hand
* Certificate II in Cookery
Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for food and a strong desire to build a successful, ongoing career in commercial cookery.
