Position Purpose
Our client is sourcing for a Part Time HR Officer in Melbourne's inner fringe. This role is responsible for supporting core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day people operations.

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on HR role offering variety and autonomy. You will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment
* Oversee compensation and benefits
* Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
* Support training and development programs
* Handle employee relations matters and queries
* Maintain HR records and ensure compliance
* Collaborate with internal teams to support HR operations
About You – What You'll Bring
You are a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and building strong relationships across the business.
* Proven HR relevant experience
* Strong recruitment and employee relations exposure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
* Sound knowledge of HR processes and compliance
* Experience in automotive or service industries (advantageous)
* Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or similar
