Position: Full Time General Manager
Salary Level: $150K-$190K + travel allowance & bonus Report to: CEO / Board of Directors
About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager to lead our international business expansion, elevate global brand recognition, and spearhead the strategic re-entry and rebuilding of our China market operations following pandemic-related disruptions.
This is a high-impact executive role for a commercially astute leader with strong international experience, deep market insight, and proven success in driving sustainable growth across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities
* International Business Leadership
o Develop and execute global growth strategies across key international markets
o Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
o Lead cross-border negotiations and strategic alliances
* China Market Rebuild & Expansion
o Design and implement a comprehensive China re-entry strategy
o Re-establish distribution channels, partnerships, and regulatory compliance
o Build and lead a high-performing local team
o Restore and accelerate revenue growth in the China market
* Brand Strategy & Recognition
o Strengthen global brand positioning and market presence
o Align brand messaging across regions to ensure consistency and impact
o Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance visibility
and reputation
* Operational & Financial Leadership
o Own P&L responsibility for international operations
o Drive performance management and operational excellence
o Ensure sustainable profitability and risk mitigation
Qualifications & Experience
* A bachelor degree or above in Business administration/management
* 5+ years of senior leadership experience in international business
* Proven track record of rebuilding or scaling operations in China
* Strong understanding of global trade, regulatory frameworks, and cross-cultural management
* Demonstrated success in brand development and market expansion
* Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills
* Fluent Mandarin preferred; international experience essential
