**About The role**:
We're looking for exceptional Commercial Manager to join our Automated Distribution Centre in Kemps Creek. This is an incredible opportunity to be involved in the commissioning of our second Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) which will use world-class technology to modernise our Supply Chain. Epic in scale and design, our new facility represents the future of logistics.
As the Commercial Manager, you will partner with the Head of ADC Operations NSW and lead all aspects of finance, accounting and commercial functions for the Kemp's Creek ADC.
Primary duties include:
- Reporting, budgeting and analysis in accordance to Coles Commercial framework and accounting standards
- Provide leadership support, direction and technical expertise to ADC Team Members in all aspects of commercial management and provide insights and recommendation for ongoing improvements.
- Adhering to the correct incident, problem and change management processes
- Foster and maintain a work environment conducive to operational excellence and continuous improvement, employee engagement and the highest levels of safe working practices
- Provide inspirational change leadership and provide input into the development of plans to deliver an empowered, engaged and committed workforce with a high-performance culture in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment

**About you and your skills**:
We are looking for an experienced Commerical Manager with experience in an FMCG or complex manufacturing site. You will be passionate about this unique project and have the ability to deliver commercial insight to the operations leads. You will also have;
- Tertiary qualification in in Accounting (CPA or CA Qualified)
- 3 - 5 years Commercial management experience either in a logistics, automated distribution facility or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated driving performance improvement, organisational and operational change
- Varied finance background covering financial control, financial reporting, planning & analysis and business partnering.
- Strong communication and presentations skills that can influence and negotiate great outcomes
- Continuous Improvement/LEAN six Sigma Training and experience preferred
