**Role Key Responsibilities**:
As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you will have a range of exciting responsibilities.
- Facilitate Engaging Training:
Lead and facilitate impactful training sessions that support onboarding and address learning needs.
Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment, catering to diverse learning styles.
- Ensure Smooth Training Operation:
Execute administrative tasks to ensure the seamless operation of training and planning processes.
Generate insightful reports to track training progress and performance indicators.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on training progress, highlighting any potential roadblocks.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery of training programs.
- Assess Learning Outcomes:
Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the training curriculum.
- Support Consolidation Training:
Assist the operational team with agent consolidation days, particularly in call-taking scenarios.
Contribute to the enhancement of consolidation training materials and methods.
- Exemplify Leadership and Values:
Serve as a role model for Serco values and ensure their integration into all training content.
Uphold and demonstrate our values in your interactions with team members and trainees.
- Contractual Compliance:
Deliver all training sessions in alignment with contractual requirements and specifications.
**About You**:
You will be well-organised, flexible, pragmatic, and able to work in a diverse team as well as possess highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills, sound judgement and decision making with high level of confidence, drive and motivation.
Proven experience and expertise in a similar position with a contact centre / customer service environment is desired.
A Cert IV in training and assessment will be an added advantage.
