The Role and Responsibilities
* Managing end‐to‐end recruitment for both white‐collar and blue‐collar roles
* Supporting fast‐paced project and shutdown recruitment efforts
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
* Proactively sourcing candidates using your networks and industry know‐how
* Ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting operational deadlines
* Collaborating with internal teams and adhering to company processes
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3–5 years' experience in recruitment (in‐house or agency)
* Demonstrated experience in high‐volume or project‐based recruitment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work through ambiguity while following processes
* A proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities
