Base pay range
A$130,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr
Seeking a professional with a background in Residential Solar and experience as a Manager within operations, project management or service.
Join a dynamic solar and battery company installing predominantly residential solar, batteries and EV chargers to customers in Perth and surrounding areas.
This is a permanent, full-time position. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 7am - 3.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day installations performed by several install teams
* Be the first point of contact for on-day issues
* Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality and compliance
* Provide advice and support on system designs, equipment, regulations and codes
* Liaise with Department Heads for operations, scheduling, admin, sales, warehousing and service
* Address technical queries from sales, admin, installers and service
* Perform desktop checks and occasional onsite inspections of solar and battery installations
Skills and Experience Required:
* Cert III Electrotechnology and current Electrician A Grade licence
* Must have recent experience in the Australian Residential solar, battery, EV charger industry
* Strong knowledge of Australian standards
* Knowledge of mid-high quality products and equipment
* Strong communication and relationship management skills to streamline efficiencies between the teams
* SAA or CEC Accreditation preferred
* Salary $130,000 – $150,000 + Super (may be negotiable)
