About the Role
Aramex Australia has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager – QLD to support our Company Owned Regional Franchises across Queensland.
As the Sales Manager – QLD, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and strengthen key account relationships. Leading a team of sales professionals, you will play a critical role in acquiring new business, growing existing accounts, and contributing to the broader Commercial strategy across Oceania.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Queensland Company Owned Regional Franchises
Acquire new local, multi-branch, and regional accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key local and regional accounts to drive retention and increase share of spend
Implement effective customer care and account management practices to grow existing and multi-branch customers
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment with company strategy
Continuously review and improve sales and customer processes to enhance the customer experience
Actively contribute to Commercial initiatives across Oceania

To be successful in this role:
3+ years' experience leading a high-performing sales team
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into action
A proactive, agile, and solutions-focused approach
