The Billing Coordinator is a key role within the Finance Team which manages end-to-end contract payment claims and invoicing, ensuring all billing accurately reflects work completed. This position works closely with our Customers and across the business including Operations and Sales Teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Review, consolidate and prepare contract payment claims and invoices based on work completed.
* Collaborate with Operations and Customer Sales Managers for data integrity to ensure claims/invoices correctly reflect work completed inline with contractual requirements.
* Review and prepare credit adjustments/variation claims based on client information and working with internal stakeholders to ensure adjustments are provided to Financial Accountant for ledger adjustment.
* Work with our customers to resolve invoice/billing-related enquiries and issues raised by Customers.
* Support the Accounts Receivable process, monitor Customer payments acting as first point of contact for debtor collection and management.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Work as part of a successful team to build relationships, resolve problems and to ensure that practical solutions are delivered within a timely manner.
* Excellent time management and organization skills
* Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft products, utilise technology to streamline and deliver efficient invoice processes
