Change Manager
Be part of one of the most significant legislative reforms in veterans’ affairs in over a century. As a Change Manager, you’ll lead strategic change activities to support the implementation of the current VETS Act. This role is central to delivering business readiness, communications, and stakeholder engagement for a high-profile reform program impacting policy, systems, and service delivery.
Location: ACT, TAS, SA, VIC, NSW, QLD
Rate: $688 – $754 per day inclusive of Super
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and execute change management activities and business readiness assessments
- Implement a structured change management framework and evaluate its success
- Identify change-related risks and devise mitigation strategies
- Develop and support change communications in collaboration with stakeholders
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in leading complex change management initiatives
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
- Ability to deliver change outcomes within policy or legislative reform settings
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
