High-quality clinical care is essential in a residential aged care setting, and we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide leadership and support to our clinical and personal care teams.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical care is provided at all times, as per the Aged Care quality Standards and our policy and procedures.
* Provide clinical leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams to ensure the delivery of quality resident outcomes.
* Work closely with the Residential Manager to ensure compliance with quality standards, including IPC policies and procedures.
You will also have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, using your strong coaching/training skills and ability to influence others to achieve the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
* A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
* Previous experience working within a residential aged care setting in a similar role.
* Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others.
