As a Customer Service Lead, you will leverage your supply chain knowledge to enable agile decision-making to ensure our customers’ expectations are met.

We seek a dynamic individual who can combine customer service excellence with supply chain efficiency, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported during their interactions.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

* Collaborate with other members of the Supply Chain team to deliver on business strategies and goals that meet customer expectations
* Coordinate the delivery of our portfolio, including order management, dispatch, logistics, and customer communications
* Conduct regular reporting and analysis for informed decision-making
* Proactively monitor and manage the end-to-end portfolio, identifying, communicating, and resolving issues as they arise
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
