We are seeking a conscientious Assistant Store Manager to join our Toowoomba team. This role involves creating lasting customer experiences and working closely with the Store Manager to drive excellence and performance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Leading and Inspiring: Coach, mentor, and develop your team to shine and succeed.
* Operational Excellence: Ensure the store is welcoming, well-organized, and positive.
* Customer Service: Resolve inquiries with patience and a friendly approach to leave customers satisfied.
