About the Role
We’re seeking skilled Warehouse Operators to join our team in Canning Vale, WA. This is a full-time permanent role Monday - Friday (7am – 3pm). Reporting to the DC Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking of customer orders, goods receipt and inventory replenishment
- Forklift duties including loading & unloading of Trucks
- Warehouse stock checks, cycle counting, reconciliation of pick to order against WMS
- General Warehousing & Housekeeping
- Compliance with OHS&E; requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Be able to demonstrate previous warehouse experience within a pick and pack operation.
- Experience operating a high reach fork truck and counterbalance forklifts, quality control within a warehouse environment, including pick, replenishment, invoicing and stock checks.
- High Risk Work License (HRWL) is mandatory with high reach experience
- Previous experience with RF scanning equipment preferred; familiarity with inventory tracking and barcode scanning is an asset.
- Be able to work well in a team environment and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and assist with shift coverage as needed.
- Strong safety awareness and compliance.
