Join HireRight as a Customer Service Specialist II in Newcastle, Recent South Wales, Australia. This role involves working directly with customers to provide exceptional service across phone, email and chat, supporting clients and their applicants through the background checking process.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to external and internal enquiries to ensure every contact is valued.
- Resolve client and candidate queries and support customers through the background checking process.
- Use judgement and reasoning to solve problems and take ownership of correspondence, escalating when necessary.
- Answer incoming calls, emails and enquiries, explaining and assisting with the background checking process and results to clients or candidates.
- Collaborate with the team to learn, develop and understand processes.
Details you need to know
- The position is full time (37.5 hours per week, based on a 7.5 hour day average).
- Availability for various shifts between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday with flexible working arrangements available.
- The successful candidate will be subject to background screening and additional selection criteria.
- On the job training will be provided.
