Located at Palm Beach on the beautiful Gold Coast, Tallebudgera Surf Club has recently completed a major multi-million-dollar renovation that has truly transformed the Club. The renovation includes a new state of the art kitchen, a new extended full-service ocean front restaurant, function rooms, a new café and beachside coffee shop.
An opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to join our Management Team to assist with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service whilst working alongside and supervising restaurant staff. This is a hands-on role that requires a person with a 'can do' attitude, who thrives on challenges and likes working in a team environment.
All about you:
* You have at least 1 to 2 years' experience as a restaurant supervisor in a fast-paced full-service restaurant
* You have a passion for customers and possess excellent customer service skills
* You enjoy the challenge of leading, mentoring and motivating your team
* You possess patience and maturity and have the demonstrated ability to help train and develop a team
* You are able to work a rotating roster including nights, days, weekends & public holidays
* Energetic attitude with a real passion for the hospitality industry
* You have a current RSA
* You have experience in cash handling and till reconciliation
