Your Role: Making a Difference Every Day
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily living support and companionship to seniors, enabling them to maintain their independence and comfort in their own homes.
* Assisting with activities of daily living within the client's home
* Providing mobility assistance to ensure safety and comfort
* Preparing and serving nutritious meals
* Monitoring and accurately recording changes in clients' health
* Assisting with light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable environment
* Offering companionship and social engagement to foster well-being
