Multiple Aboriginal Youth Worker positions available, both fulltime and casual.

• Identifying, assessing and responding to Aboriginal Youth Justice needs and individual needs to facilitate culturally appropriate diversion from the justice system
• Strengthening cultural identity, social connections, and essential life skills of Aboriginal young people to support reintegration into family, community, and broader society
• Providing mentorship within a culturally protected framework that promotes wellbeing, ensures appropriate care and safety, and fosters positive life outcomes for young Aboriginal people

• National Police Check required
• Employment‐related Screening Check required
• Some out of hours work may be required
• Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required
• Must hold a current Australian issued driver's licence (equivalent to minimum class C)

Role Status: Terms up to 12 months

Salary Range: $67,589 - $72,033 (OPS)
