Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our audit team as an Intermediate Auditor. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion of audit and assurance engagements, including trust account audits and outgoing audits.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with managers and directors to prepare financial statements and provide excellent client service. Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in the completion of audit and assurance engagements for clients at the direction of senior staff
* Completion of trust account audits and outgoing audits
* Preparation of financial statements
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional services firm within audit
* Degree qualification in accounting, business or commerce
* Excellent communication skills - both within your team and with clients
* A team-focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality
