This position will start as a casual role, with a clear pathway to full-time permanent employment and strong opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing inbound customer service calls and email enquiries
* Order processing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
* Providing product, pricing, and delivery information to customers
* Supporting internal sales, logistics, and operations teams
* Resolving customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate customer and administrative records
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in customer service, call centre, administration, or order processing
* Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or building products will be highly regarded but is not essential
