As a Retail Leader, you play a vital role in enhancing the daily experiences of our customers. From making small, impactful changes to driving larger-scale transformations within our business, your contributions will be highly valued and visible.

You will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results in sales growth, cost control, and rostering requirements.

* Direct leadership experience is essential as you will need to lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve desired outcomes.
* Proactivity in driving continuous improvement of processes and procedures is crucial.
* The ability to influence and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is necessary.
* A customer-centric approach is vital, continually seeking to better understand our diverse customer base.
* Promoting a culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing is key.
