A well established Allied Health Centre located in Caboolture South is looking for a competent receptionist. Our friendly and professional office consists of 14 psychologists, 1 support worker, 2 support coordinators, and 4 administration officers.
The successful applicant must be friendly, well spoken, mature, highly efficient and organized, and can handle stress. Previous experience is highly preferable. We will provide training on the job.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate all aspects of patient management
* Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
* Take and relay messages in a professional manner
* Accurately schedule client bookings/maintain appointment diary
* Accurately use client management software
* Assist in the management of the business social media
* Process client payments (HICAPS) and Medicare rebate
* Provide support to the practitioners to ensure practice efficiency and patient satisfaction
* Answer client queries
* Manage incoming emails
* General administration duties e.g. filing, stock take, stock ordering, cleaning
* Multi-tasking & prioritizing abilities, with excellent time management skills
* Have an intimate knowledge of the services offered, procedures and protocols of the practitioners and office (relevant training will be provided)
* Have problem solving mindset
* Attention to detail and a superior command of the English language
