Description
Bendigo Health on behalf of Health Services in the Loddon Mallee Region are implementing a Regional Care Coordination platform across the Loddon Mallee Region. The solution covers functionality from intake and triage through to community and case management, finance tracking, centralised electronic patient record, mobile app and client portal, in a number of diverse community-based services. This exciting solution is transforming a number of areas of regional health and paving the way for digital transformation of community health across the region.
The RCP Project Manager position will be responsible for managing the daily operational workloads of the RCP Project resources. They are also responsible for managing the overall project schedule, budget, scope, risks, stakeholders, communications, Change Management, quality and integration to deliver an effective and widely utilised community solution. This role will work closely with the Vendor and platform administrator in ensuring clear dependency management while coordinating the ongoing addition of new functions and modules for this exciting new platform.

The Team
The Innovation and Digital Services Division is charged with delivering technology solutions that deliver on our vision. As well as responsibility for the mainstream ICT services and support the division encompasses Research and Development, Innovation, ePR project, Project Management Office, Clinical Analytics and associated resources including the Chief Clinical Information Officers.
